CIRStatements Upgrade is LIVE!

I hope you saw my email last month sharing that upgrades were coming to CIRStatements. I am pleased to announce that CIRStatements upgrades are complete and live! The look and feel of the new CIRStatements will be very similar to what you experienced before. You will see some enhanced features and functionality, including a more intuitive and secure experience. See below for additional information.

What’s Changing?

• New Login Process: Your new username will be your email address, rather than a unique user ID. Please note you will need to have your CIRStatements user ID on hand during the initial login process in order to ensure your data is synced properly. If you encounter any challenges setting up your new login, please call Pershing at (888) 245-0452 option 3.
• Enhanced Security: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be utilized for better data protection. Please note, if you want to receive your authentication code to your cell number, it must be provided during the initial login process. 
• Mobile App: The mobile app is no longer accessible. CIRStatements is mobile responsive, so it can be used on devices of different sizes.

How To Get Access?

You will be able to access CIRStatements using the same methods you currently use. Visit cirstatements.com and upon your first login, you will be redirected to a screen to set up two-step verification and enter a new username, which will now be your email address, and create a new password. After selecting Save and Send code, you will receive a one-time verification code via email. After entering the code, you will be redirected to the login screen to sign in again with your new credentials. You will then be prompted to authenticate with a 2-step verification code that can be sent via text message to your phone, or via email. Authentication will be required each time you log in, going forward, for your security.

What is CIRStatements?

Are you asking yourself, "I already have NetXInvestor, do I also need CIRStatements?" CIRStatements is an additional resource we provide to view your total portfolio at a glance, rather than account by account. It also allows you view a multitude of reports at the account and total portfolio level. If you do not already have access and would like to, please reach out so we can send you an invite.
