Year-end Insights: Current Market Recap, eDelivery Sign-Up, Holiday Hours & Giving Back
I hope this email finds you well and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. These past couple of months have been challenging because there has been no important government data due to the shutdown. This has made it hard to know what's happening with prices and jobs. Different people at the Federal Reserve have different views on rate cuts, and many think inflation is still too high. Meanwhile, AI and mega-cap tech continue driving profits, though recent volatility underscores the need for selectivity.
Here's how the stock market did in November.
- The S&P 500 edged up 0.13%.
- The Nasdaq 100 declined 1.64%.
- The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.32%.
As the year ends, remember that this time calls for balance: stay diversified, manage risk thoughtfully, and focus on the long-term.
Get Your Tax Statements Electronically
I wanted to send a quick reminder to make sure you’re signed up for eDelivery through NetXInvestor for your Pershing accounts. If you're not enrolled in eDelivery, you'll be charged $10 for each paper tax document that gets mailed to you. That means if you have multiple accounts, the fees can add up quickly.
A few quick notes:
- You only need to sign up once — no need to re-enroll each year.
- You can manage eDelivery at netxinvestor.com by clicking “Go Paperless” at the top of the page once you log in.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to enroll you on your behalf.
Need help? Here are two quick how-to videos:
- Setting up your NetXInvestor account
- Enrolling in electronic delivery
Enroll before the year ends to avoid paying the paper statement fee.

Jen's Corner
The last quarter of the year has been filled with lots of fun and travel. Addison's school volleyball team made it to the third round of playoffs! I have to say that I felt all of the feels when I sat down to watch the first playoff game. It took me back to my senior year in high school, where I was doing the same thing... fighting for a championship. I was lucky enough to share this experience with both of my parents, now watching their granddaughter play instead of their daughter!
Before Thanksgiving, the family and I made our annual trip to Williamsburg, VA. I am shocked to say that Addison chose Williamsburg, VA over DISNEYLAND! We met our best friends and their little family there for a long weekend to relax and enjoy a little cooler weather together.
We are wrapping up the season with a reflection of 2025. We are blessed to have such an amazing group of clients and friends that we get to work with! Thank you all for being who you are and letting us share a little bit of your world!
