Q: Why am I getting correspondence from Cambridge, Pershing and NetXInvestor?
All three of these companies are people that we work with!
- Cambridge is our Broker-Dealer. They are our back office. They review and approve any new accounts that we set up as well as act as our compliance.
- Pershing is our selected custodian. A custodian is a financial institution that holds the possession of customers securities. Pershing is the company that ultimately holds the funds associated with your accounts.
- NetXInvestor is Pershing’s online account platform. This platform is used to access your statements and annual tax documents.
